Raw Buckwheat Porridge



Recipe:  Raw Buckwheat Porridge
Adapted From:  The Veggie Nook
Tested:  1/18/14
Servings:  1-2     Prep Time:  5-10 min
Notes: This was my first soaked buckwheat recipe. Easy and delicious!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup buckwheat
1 tbsp chia
1/2 cup milk
1 banana, sliced
Instructions:
1. Rinse buckwheat very well and place in a bowl with filtered water to soak.
2. After soaking overnight, rinse the buckwheat again and place in a blender with remaining ingredients for 2-4 minutes.

3. Pulse the ingredients until there is still some texture in the buckwheat.
4. Add sliced banana.
