Cheeze Topping

 

Recipe: Cheeze Topping
Adapted From:  The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook
Tested:  Various times this year
Servings:   about 2 cups    Prep Time:  5-10 min
Notes: This is the vegan answer to parmesan cheese.  Grab yourself a reusable shaker and enjoy this on top of pastas, soups, and pizza!

Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts or almonds
4 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Pulse ingredients in a blender or food processor until well incorporated.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
