Creamed Greens

Recipe:  Creamed Greens
Tested: 12/25/12
Servings:   About 4-6       Prep Time:  20-30 min
Notes:  You can use whatever greens you have on hand for this recipe. I've tried broccoli liscia, chard, kale, and collard greens.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 bunches of greens
4-5 cloves of garlic

1 cup non-dairy milk
2-3 tbsp vegan butter
Instructions:

1. Heat up the pan on medium high, then add oil.
2. Mince the garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
3. Julienne the greens and add to the pan, stirring often.
4. Once the greens are slightly wilted, add the butter and milk and cook until desired consistency.
