Notes: This is such a delicious sauce. We like it with sauteed greens and tofu, sometimes with pasta, sometimes with rice wraps. If the sauce is too thick, add water to thin.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup peanut butter 1 tbsp tamari 1 garlic clove 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp lime juice 1 tbsp coconut nectar 1 tsp ginger 1 cup coconut milk |
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. This also freezes well. |
Soooo good!!!! Made it tonight over pasta with chicken. Kash kept saying "it's good!"
