Lentil Corn Chowder (slow cooker)

Recipe:  Lentil Corn Chowder (slow cooker)
Tested:   10/10/12             Servings:  12-15                       Prep Time:  10-15 min
Notes:  I used dried red lentils. A family hit!
Ingredients:
2 cups dried lentils, rinsed
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
veggies: carrots, zucchini, greens (chart, kale)
4-5 steamed and chucked corn cob (although you could probably cut the kernels without steaming and just add to slow cooker?)
4 cups water/veggie broth
2 cups non-dairy milk

Instructions:
Add all ingredients in order listed to slow cooker.
Cook on low heat for 5 ½ hrs.
