3/21/13 CSA Delivery

Our freezer is at max capacity right now, which is perfect timing because next week will be survival week with no CSA delivery. And that also means, minimal cooking, yay!

VEGGIES

MEAL PLANS

salad:beets, lettuce, radishes
recipe #1 - lemony lentil soup with carrots, liscia, and leftover celery
recipe #2 - bok choy and mustard greens, maybe sauteed greens?
recipe #3 - fennel, have not had a positive experience with this on it's own! So may need to find a new recipe since we don't have any vegetables to roast it with
recipe #3 - kale, perhaps use it for smoothies next week

What actually happened:
Stayed with plan with a few minor changes... too lazy to cook the fennel, I chopped it up and put it in the freezer until we get more apples to make roasted veggies. Made mung bean spaghetti sauce with the mustard greens, recipe forthcoming!
