Goddess Dressing

Recipe:  Goddess Dressing
Adapted From:   something I tweaked by looking at the ingredients list for Annie's Goddess Dressing
Servings:  12 oz or 1.5 cups              Prep Time:  5-10 min
Notes:  We love this dressing for salads and dipping raw vegetables! I don't always have parsley, and it is still tasty without. I've also tried this with dill, tastes great!
Ingredients:
1 cup sunflower oil
1/8 cup tahini
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp coconut aminos or tamari
1 lemon, juiced
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup parsley
salt, to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little bit of water to thin to desired thickness.
