
Recipe: Kalua Pig (slow cooker)

Ingredients:
4 lbs pork butt roast (bone in or boneless) 3 slices of bacon 1 tsp sea salt 1/2 head of a medium cabbage, diced |
Instructions:
1. Line the bottom of the slow cooker with bacon.
2. Place the pork on top of the bacon and sprinkle with salt. 3. Add the cabbage on the top and sides of the pork. 4. Cook on high for 5-6 hours. 5. Shred with 2 forks and enjoy! |
