Notes: My local co-op got me into gelatin. Whoa, I know right. I'm not into beef or beef derivatives usually. But gummies are so pretty to look at and fun to eat. And there are health benefits to gelatin, supposively, but who cares! These are chocolate gummies!
My first two attempt at using gelatin were disastrous. So I am super excited that these turned out! Because these are dark chocolate, they are not very sweet, so feel free to add more honey. | |
Ingredients:
2 cups cashew milk 3 tbsp raw cacao powder 3 tbsp grass fed gelatin 2 tbsp honey |
Instructions:
1. Gently warm coconut milk and raw cacao in a medium pot.
2. Whisk in gelatin 1 tbsp at a time until completely dissolved. 3. Remove from heat and stir in honey. 4. Pour into cute little molds or a glass baking dish (no need to grease!). 5. Place into fridge to set for at least 2 hours. Enjoy! |
